Acceptance of Terms
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using the ITI WAY platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
ITI WAY provides the following services: business process automation, implementation of custom AI solutions, data analysis and processing, integration of systems and workflows, website design and development, custom UI/UX design, mobile optimisation, third-party platform integration, technical maintenance for all delivered services, regular security and performance updates, ongoing technical support and consultancy, monitoring and rapid response.
Delivery and Deadlines
Delivery deadlines are set in the individual contract signed between ITI WAY and the client. Any change to the scope of the project may affect the originally agreed deadlines and costs.
Payments and Invoicing
Services are invoiced according to the accepted quote. Late payment may lead to the suspension of maintenance and support services. ITI WAY reserves the right to apply late-payment penalties in line with the contract.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Romanian and European law. Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities, or for activities that harm third parties, is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in ITI WAY's services, content, logos and materials are reserved. The source code and design delivered to the client become the client's property once the services have been paid in full, in line with the contract.
Limitation of Liability
ITI WAY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services. Maximum liability will not exceed the value of the contract for the service concerned.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the site. Continuing to use the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Our Commitment
ITI WAY respects and protects the confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.
Data Collected
We collect identification data (first and last name), contact data (email, phone), professional data (company, job title), technical data (IP, browser, operating system) and usage data (pages visited, session length, preferences).
Purpose of Processing
The data collected is used to provide and improve our services, personalise the user experience, communicate about services and offers, run statistical analyses to optimise the platform, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and the company's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data Protection
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encryption, restricted access and continuous monitoring.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with technical service providers acting on our behalf, with public authorities when the law requires it, and with business partners only with your explicit consent.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access the data we hold, the right to rectify inaccurate data, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without consequences.
